i love thanksgiving because so many people that never cook take to the kitchen.
The only downside is that they don’t like turkey because they don’t know what fuck they’re doing.

Turkey is fine when cooked correctly. I just don’t like it because there are alternatives that just taste much better (steak)!
but why turkey when there’s cow
My theory is they all just put it in the dehydrator for a week then torch the outside.

I just don't like turkey so much. Kind of like me and fish.
You have got to let the turkey rest for as long as you cook it in the oven 🤝
i prefer roast turkey to roast chicken. chicken has an amino profile that disturbs sleep, similar to pork, but turkey is quite high in tryptophan so you sleep like a baby afterwards. chicken often has a bad funk to it from being raised in cages, and fed unnatural GMO grain food only. whenever i eat meat that smells like corn i want to gag.
Few understand the science and beauty of brining.
Smoking two turkeys tomorrow 🫡
Yer going to be up to a pack a week in no time Phil
Turkey soup or stew, made using the carcass your non cooking savy hosts would just toss, is my favorite part of Thanksgiving.
Well, right after a 2 day week, five day weekend.
Come to think of it, that is my ‘retirement’ vision.
