It's pretty much all pine pollen. We have a small forest of 10 in our front yard. Lol.

Oof well I hope it passes soon. I don’t even really have allergies, but the Santa Ana winds are going and I woke up all dry and miserable

I didn't know I had a pine pollen allergy until after we bought this house. Yay. Those winds are no joke though.

Sorry you're dealing with this. Warm water saline rinse of the nostrils will flush out the pollen so the cilia in your nose can continue to filter at peak capacity. It's like changing your HVAC air filter. If some pollen has entered your lungs and causing irritation there, a little ginger root and licorice root tea will soothe the membranes there... Inhaling Eucalyptus steam can also help clear the sinuses... Hope you're feeling better soon 🙏🙏🙏
