That’s all it is Jack. That’s why I don’t watch it. It’s disgusting. Very few truths can be found.

Start calling journalists “content creators.” They hate that.
It's where teens get their news from. Kinda sad seeing where all the possible future intellectuals are spiraling into 🤸‍♂️🕳️ #idiocracy in the making
Because of the rapid development of productivity and economy, this era has a much larger number of people who can enjoy entertainment than people in previous centuries. This is related to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. image
Yes I think so too. Enough of brainrot instagram reels and YouTube shorts and even videos. We need a better one to replace and actually help people grow and connect with each other. Not stealing their time and attention to monetise. I am a cs student now. Wish to build that.
Yeah but people like it. Some folks don’t want education and knowledge. Not interested. Entertainment media is valued. 🤷‍♀️

i read about 4 books a week, though recently fewer. i only read books on paper, because reading on a device interrupts your own processing of the material and inserts material into your understanding via vibes. i read the news online throughout the day and annotate/edit everyday, and read a variety of physical newspapers several times a week. i do not have a team. just me. i have 2 biological, original unvaccinated but fully aware children which i guard against identity theft mostly from my actual family (who funds my ex husband against me) which owns a superconductor which feeds a variety of powerful relays across the world making my life is a constant hell. it is snowing today. have a great day.
Meanwhile, Block’s AI Assistant Goose is *soaring* to unimaginable heights and is already achieving widespread adoption. Block’s Goose really is *golden* and is not “entertainment media.” Future AI products and innovation can change media consumption habits in the future. So congrats, darling. You’re doing great. Keep building. Keep learning & sharing knowledge here. This is how we all grow.🪿🎉🥂🍾💛 “Jack Dorsey’s AI Assistant —Goose, Is Taking Off In Open-Source Circles” https://www.forbes.com/sites/torconstantino/2025/03/17/jack-dorseys-ai-assistant--goose-is-taking-off-in-open-source-circles/
I don’t see the entertainment as a problem, the luck of culture and truth is. In Ancient Greece, entertainment and culture weren’t separate fields but rather inseparable parts of a single phenomenon: the spread of knowledge through spectacle. Greek society didn’t see information and aesthetic enjoyment as distinct entities but as complementary elements, capable of educating the public while also engaging them emotionally.
True. Most media today is engineered to entertain, not to inform. The real challenge is filtering signal from noise. Stay focused. ⚡📡

so anyway, dorsey, i made the media a little more interesting by once again peddling my long-standing theory about the assassination: jackie was the target, not jack. much like my paper defending the 1990s ira: it was not particularly popular. i fuck you back all the time; you just don't realize it. wink. ☕️ View quoted note →
