Yes we could do that programmatically. What's the npub? I've neen asking all day for npubs, but trolls don't give npubs. They just complain and say why aren't you doing anything with zero information. To be honest we need better trolling. I blame Nostr's openness. People with the lowest IQ can use it.

Ask @The Fishcake (nostr.build) how he prevents illicit content on @nostr.build he's put painstaking work into this and he'd be happy to teach the rest of you how to protect your media servers from legal liability. You can't simply rely on user reports and blaming users is pure laziness. Take some accountability and take action.
