It's a Bot πŸ€–. I think it's not really about engagement. It's a gamble bot. People like to play games. It's exciting. "Will I win some Satoshis?" And, here on Nostr with this Bot you can see who wants to participate or who wants to manipulate. For example pushing the like Button 100 times or things like that.

Traditional social media platforms would get money directly for increasing visibility of posts. Since there is no owner of nostr, this is one way to increase visibility of a post. Although it’s kinda scammy. Seems like nostr is figuring out how it’s going to become profitable in real time. Imagine selling a product or service and using buzzbot to get attention.
