Same here, I have a kid in daycare, suspect that's the source. Bioweapon level viruses travel home from there on a weekly basis >_< Look at it like it's exercise for the immune system :)

Aqui na américa latina Brasil, maio todo mundo pega resfriado, o tempo muda de quente para morno para a gente .
I got a couple tips for you gang. Moringa powder Black seed oil Cod liver oil Tiger balm your chest at night and right under your nose Eat a lot of lemons Orange and limes
I also picked up a cold in May, was a little hypothermic, which I think means that the body is weakened in its defense of various viruses. And to be fair, I was in Greenland just off the ice sheet.
A lot of people around me who had the full monty covid vaccines and boosters, often have a cold or flu now. mor often then before, they say themselves.

Changing of seasons is a time I frequently get a cold. Anecdotally, about every other person here in north-central Illinois seems to have one involving a hacking cough, right now.

Viruses don't care what month it is
My kids were pretty healthy throughout the winter but this spring they (so in extension my wife and I as well) been sick quite a few times. Hoping for a healthier summer 🤞🏽 we’ll see 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yep, had two. My immune system is shot. I miss my old robust immune.
Look into terrain theory Vs germ theory. Have you been exposed to a high level of toxins recently? Terrain theory says that you're body is overwhelmed by it's toxic load & needs to shed it. Germ theory says you've been infected by some microbe which is attacking your body.
That's very simple: the food you ate potentially caused it. These are the foods I'd cut out (from personal experience on thus very subject): Cow's milk (known to cause cold and flu-like symptoms when I was immunocompromised), gluten (the wheat here in America has links to schizophrenia), soy (a good way to get an imbalance of hormones for a legume), refined sugars (they have the same effects as cocaine or heroin), and seed oils (the chemicals in seed oils have the same effect as fluoride in the water supply). Dr. Berry would advocate for a straight carnivore diet, though I do a form of modified paleo, and it's been working for me. The foods above, from what I've experienced, would cause almost anybody issues with their body.
Rhinovirus. Seriously though you’re right on the origin of the name. That and I think maybe because cold weather affects our immune system and makes us more susceptible.

pollen can inflame tissue and create a more hospitable breeding ground for bacteria. also airborne pollen grains could transport airborne virus particles such as the airborne coronavirus (CoV) disease (COVID-19) or others.
