It's a concept, a very cool one though.
The Land of Giants. This was an award-winning 2010 architectural design concept by Choi + Shine Architects for a Landsnet power company design competition.
The concept replaced standard steel-framed electrical pylons with 150-foot-tall human figures. These steel giants were designed to appear as if they were striding across mountains and valleys, bowing, or climbing terrain while supporting high-voltage power lines.
Though the structures were never actually built, they garnered international acclaim and went viral for reimagining dull industrial infrastructure as monumental public art.
