I get it, but How do u delete a post on nostr if you realize it’s not what you actually wanted to express?

you deal with it in the same way you would deal with something you said in real life that you later realized you didn't mean to.
This might or might not work. The relays can accept a delete request, but they can't be compelled to act on it:

You dont control the past. There is no practical delete. You recognize the discrepancy and for anything significant, write a reply to that note indicating any corrections/adjustments just like real life.
The only client I believe is Iris.to that's let's you delete posts. :)

Actually nostr supports event deletion via NIP-09.
Not many clients support it, though.
