IIRC, Libertopia was the left-leaning half of libertarianism--the 'ni Dieu, ni maitre' half that resonates more with the French Renolution and promotes self-determination at the metaphysical level (atheist). Rothbard and his ilk rejected this kind of moral anarchy, founding their positions on, at least, Natural Law (which requires a divine law-giver), promoting self-determination at the political level.
