isn't it rather transfer from German state to private U.S. corporations?
The German state seized that BTC with the taxes it steals from German citizens.
The German state is also a private US corporation.

Germany, Italy and Japan are USA colonies, just look at how many military bases the USA has in those colonies and their contract after the war. They need to follow orders of Washington since the WWII.

Absolutely. Knowingly or not, I think they're selling the future of German sovereignty for cheap and in extension giving up the last chance of Europe being in any sense relevant for world politics.
This will go down in history / economics books in a few decades
