pretty tough to find raw milk in the US but very easy to find italian parmesan reggiano which is basically portable raw milk

The hypocrisy is insane, raw cheese no problem, raw milk will cause death?
I’m a second amendment person but as someone from Italian heritage I’ve often considered a home security modality involving smashing intruders from the second floor with a wheel of Parmesan.
What are you going to use it for?

don't buy US parmesan as it is pasteurized
