This is why I hate most American restaurants. They never put pictures beside each of the dish. I want to see the picture to see if it looks delicious and not have to read. I'm already stressed out, I would probably just get the hamburger and go home annoyed.
Grilled Honeycrisp Salad—no cheese (vegan if available, ethically sourced). Mushrooms and asparagus cooked in olive or avocado oil only, no butter. And truffle fries—if they’re cooked in olive or avocado oil.
Thanks. Now I'm hungry.
Cooked in ghee if not butter?
mamma mia
Only if it’s ethically sourced. I believe in protecting animals from abuse—that’s why I’m vegan. Otherwise I’d be ovo-lacto vegetarian. I love dairy… I just love animals more. If I were in India—or on a farm where animals aren’t abused or sent to slaughter—you’re damn right I’d go for ghee.
160z rib eye m.rare & a side of truffle frites.
Would be keen on a sauce not made from seed oils.
