I just sliced my fucking finger open while cutting onions. And in the rush to get it under water and wrap it up, I tripped and sent my spice rack sailing across the kitchen where all my goddammed spice bottles broke and are all over the floor among the broken glass, which I also stepped on, lodging a small shard into my foot. The world just told me to go fuck myself in the clearest terms possible. I got my finger wrapped but it won't stop bleeding. After I clear up the kitchen and finish making what was making, I'm gonna have to head to the ER for stitches. I feel so defeated.

I will. It was just one of these things where it was suddenly one thing after another. In that moment I felt like I was being punished.
Nature is telling me, "Fuck you, specifically."
You'll come out of this stronger and more calleous. This will be wartime stories you can tell by the campfire 😉
Whenever something like this happens.. quickly catch yourself and snap out of it.

Have you tried putting ice on it to stop the bleeding?
i take a pos. view, sumx it takes awhile to appear but generally i find it wen open to it/ all the best SLCW
