I'm not convinced. Knowledge doesn't equal willingness to get your hands dirty. Ai isn't replacing a hard work ethic. HVAC might need to focus their efforts more on certain demographics that aren't the "diy" types (generally single white women, single moms, or high income families). The industry will need to change to compete, but people are to lazy for there own good..

Private property solves this but the fascists will convince normies that it's causing the problem. Be prepared for massive, stupid, violent upheavals.
Robotics will still be needed. @Jeff Booth this isn't a problem if you live in a BTC system as HVAC cost and repair fall and keep falling...
100%. AI is not going to run lines through an attic and vacuum an outdoor unit. Maybe robots down the line.
Diagnostics? Sure
But most DIYers have been doing this with google and YouTube for years. Seek and you shall find
AI is gonna climb into the 130 degree attic and fix the air conditioner?
This guy coulda found this info on Youtube , on Google or by calling a buddy.

Lol everybody knows how to change a cars oil, yet most people won't do it themselves. Why? Specialization. Specialization will continue to increase. AI allows people to specialize quicker. Allowing deeper, more niche specialization than before
Caption should say :
"moron who relied on AI instead of thinking for himself no longer understands how to do his job without relying on AI"
ai is not coming for my job, and people spouting this nonsense are morons.
The ai did not take his job.
Instead he is just a moron relying on AI for something everyone else in his industry can just do themselves.
AI will not replace human intellect, no matter how many of these morons become reliant on AI.
Private property means individuals owning the means of production.
Your home, your car, your toothbrush etc.
Is personal property not private property.
I feel like we are waiting for the union of robtics and AI before it can carry out manual jobs. Would need to have the dexterity of a human hand then any job that's repetitive and profitable enough to warrant the investment is gone.
If you don't understand why those two are the same thing, you're hopeless.
