The video was published in 2010 on YouTube and they talked about the 2008 crisis. So it had happened somewhere between that.

Also in the video they are talking about [Monetary Base](https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/BOGMBASE) and not [Total Assets](https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/WALCL) depicted in the video.

Its frightening how stupid the people in charge really are. Most people can’t comprehend the difference between a Billion and a Trillion. FUN FACT: -It takes about 11 days to count to a million -It takes about 31 years to count to a billion. -It takes 31,000 YEARS to count to a trillion. Think about that.

I think perhaps even longer. I've lost count at least 5 times. Last time I made it to 1284. Wife asked if I wanted a coffee. Boy was I mad.

I think that’s if you could say a number a second. Once you get in the millions it starts slowing down how fast you can say the number.
