the chance he actually frees Ross is above zero but I think it's pretty close to it.
I do hope Ross is freed, however I wouldn't hold my breath on that happening.
Or even worse, Trump will free Ross just to gain support from libertarians while he never actually supports any legislation or executive orders that would benefit people like Ross, making this just one big stunt.
