I am currently suffering from a flu or covid or something and have been rekt for a few days. Will not be capable of posting much nor will I be doing my usual physical activities. I probably overdid it with too much activity, little sleep, etc and now I am paying the price.

the usual applies - get plenty of sleep, plenty of water and vitamin C.
if it was winter i would say Vitamin D but if you currently have a tan you probably don't need it.
i would also back off things like whey protein and other performance supplements and focus on natural whole foods.
you could also consider setting the thermostat warmer and dressing lighter. if you run AC cold and dress warm you end up with uneven temperature across the body where exposed parts like your neck are colder than covered up parts like your torso. to get more even temperature across the body you dress as light as possible - like just underwear - and then simply raise the thermostat to compensate. this would help with issues like sore throat - or you could wear a scarf indoors.
to clarify when i said drink plenty of water i meant something like herbal tea because it should not be cold because cold drinks will give you sore throat.
if you can drink water that isn't cold more power to you, but most people would find warm water unpleasant.
the tea should also not be too hot because that causes stomach cancer. it should just be warm.
and you can probably put your vitamin C in there, but not too much because supposedly excess converts to oxalic acid which causes kidney stones.
