I have one but I need to use it more often.

Crap that's a good reminder to start catching sun in the mornings again. After a certain age I'm now affected by the seasons so I started in the low sunshine months greeting the day by letting the sun in my eyes around 20 min in the mornings and it helps set circadian rhythm for the rest of the day. Hope it helps 🤟🏼

Will do that once I live in my new place at the end of next month. 🌞
