The first option just sounds too interesting to pass up on. Had some home made ramen last night. Rare treat, as it's not something we normally attempt, but got some sort of "healthy" ramen noodles other day and had to try.
He's getting leftover noodles and ragu because he chuckled when I said tamale pie πŸ˜‚. Fyi, it's like a pot pie but it has a cornbread top and Mexican spices in the filling. What are these "healthy" ramen noodles? We do lentil pasta for the most part because they aren't a gross sub for real pasta.
Lemme look for the package... I didn't wanna get bogged down in details, but after reviewing ingredients we were somewhat disappointed that they may not be as healthy as hoped. Still gonna eat them. In the meantime, here's a pic of the meal (wishing I'd taken a better pic now, but oh well) image
Was a variety pack we ordered, but here's one of them, fwiw πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ image
Was a nice change of pace. We got burned ordering ramen out the last two times and decided to do it ourselves this time. Room for improvement, but enjoyable
The shiritaki I used were sold in a pack with liquid. You rinsed them, then have them a quick fry in a pan before using. I prefer glass noodles myself, but they are both good.

You can make your own with like 2 ingredients, i haven't successfully done it tho. May save some cash if you do it regularly

You don't understand, it's literally squeezing fiber gel into acid water, ~5 minutes
I've heard that one is naturally inclined to dislike another they meet wihh to the same name. Some type of rivalry in subconscious. Checks out in my experience
