Running doesn’t agree with my body type, but I do try to walk 5 miles a day, lift at least 5x/week, eat well and sleep well. I also spend time with my kids and wife every day, run a business, travel, hold a board position am engaged in writing/publishing a book, and keep up with my 40 hours a week of Bitcoin content/education. Tell me which part of my life I am lazy in. 🀣
