To be honest I feel like they are already engaging in these surveillance activities, and the proposed legislation just seems to be an effort to formalize and legalize these practices so they can use collected data to intimidate or coerce individuals based on their personal communications or activities, under the guise of legality 👿🤬

So it’s “Intel vs. Judiciary.” And no one really understands any of it. The Intel proposal seeks to greatly expand reach and power. While the Judiciary proposal seeks to severely limit power. The goal is to pass one bill that everyone can agree on.💖 “We heard two different sides, Intel versus Judiciary,” Rep.
