Is something that many long standing members of that community who are NOT shitheads feel sums up much of core's attitude towards the users. The only difference between what you dislike Gloria having to face vs what you just said about the users is you know her. But you don't know me. Or the other millions of users that contribute to the community you say is full of shitheads.

Without necessarily agreeing or disagreeing with your perspective on the community, I'm curious if you think this behavior has gotten better or worse in the past 5 years or so, i.e. the 2020s vs the 2010s? My own perception is that the culture ~10 years ago was pretty different, but at the same time I'm not sure how much better it would have been for a woman in the space at that time...
