Count me in…or down🤷♂️
Sweet! We can do this. I have about 40 pounds I want to shed. Let’s do this!
I’ll share a TestFlight link soon. iOS only though.
I built one for a friend that has daily goals and weekly weigh ins and automatically sends sats to their @strike account for hitting daily calorie goals, steps, weight loss goals, etc.
He’s down 19kg.
Where do the sats come from?
Also care to share the app?
I fund it myself from my Strike and the app is just a private app.
To make it for public use would be another layer of complexity.
Oh wow. Kudos for putting an incentive.
My app has nothing to do with bitcoin or nostr.
It’s just an app I made way back, but now I am now enhancing how it works.

Having a target calories to burn is the fiat way to lose weight.
Burning calories to lose weight is like burning fuel to reduce the weight of your car… it’s simply unsustainable.
Suggestions:
1) Replace Calorie goal with Daily Protein intake target (excluding frankenfoods)
2) Track daily activity level (desk chair all day vs 12h of walking)
3) Other metrics (sleep, stress, travel day, sick day, etc.) can be added manually, like journal entries.
—> this is the low time preference way to transform your body composition,
and build a fat-burning factory as a body.
But burning fuel does reduce the weight of the car.

Like to know about this. But my watch warned me “ time to stand up “😀 take
Will bookmarked it 😊 be back after workout to shed some love bely
What is the app do? (Is it a competitor to Zero Fasting?)
I mean technically it competes with all weight loss apps. But FastDiet has a new approach to fasting.
It breaksdown intermittent fasting to the individual meal. So instead of fasting for 16 hours and then eating in 8 hours (which really doesn’t make you lose weight at all) you eat a meal, and fast until you burn all the calories from the meal.
That’s interesting
