Nostria runs on Azure and doesn't use any Cloudflare, so would be fine 😀 At least until Microsoft fucks it up.

Works surprisingly well even though cloudflare is down, some relays don't load and whoever has their avatar behind cloudflare doesn't load.
Some verification checks fail, but I am replying to you in the middle of the outtage.
