really crazy that our politicians don’t don’t do the simplest thing to do interviews with folks on the “other side.” literally the only way to win more people out of the bubble.

Dave Smith was talking about this on his most recent episode. Wild how jackasses on the internet are fully capable of defending their positions for 3 hours straight, but our leaders can’t get through a 10 minute ABC interview
Dishonest and political operatives posing as journalists don't help this equation. Maybe we don't need interviews and should adopt oxford-style debates.
I imagine it’s because they don’t need votes when they can manipulate them at will. Otherwise they would actually try to win more. They would have to. At this point it’s all a charade imo… and more about keeping us divided than united. Bitcoin is the best politician :) It unites us on a foundational level, so we then have the freedom to live and let live (I’m enjoying my idealism 😂)

it is not crazy at all, if you think the priorities of politicians are getting as much as they can from their position, and getting elected again 🤷‍♂️ Anything else can wait 🤣

They must not want to
We don't have honest brokers of information. Americans receive propaganda. The interviews are live action hit/fluff pieces depending on network and who they're interviewing. They're built to for soundbytes. It's gross.

Sides are the problem. There shouldn’t be sides. We should all be united against the same devil, yet both sides are enslaved by that same devil. We are all born without conditioning and it’s our conditioning and environment that makes us the ideologically enslaved monsters we are today.
Not "ours", "them". I don't have them and they don't have me, and I don't care what they do, I just want to live in peace far from those beings.

If you’re talking about the U.S., honestly don’t think politicians care about what the public thinks except for reasons of motivation and manipulation - generally the public has common sense and somewhat agrees. The political side-ism is a false construct. Besides, our elected politicians are just a small fraction of our actual government.
The other side is (almost) never acting in good faith and people like their bubbles. The bubbleless are reachable and drawn to energy and policies that effect them. Non political independent media is probably most effective. Podcasts > Corporate press
It takes a strong individual to seek commonality with opposition & there seems to be a lack of those lately. As a friend of mine says, the best defense is to be offensive.

Crazy times. Here's to Bitcoin and a peaceful revolution leading to world ✌️. 🍻
you are either a blue sheep or a plant and using ChatGPT for anything related to politics is laughable just do a little research as to why. Its very biased probably because the people who developed it are. Trump didn't refuse any debates with RFK Jr or Harris the fact that you can't look that up without using the biased AI tells me you are ignorant. But blue sheep usually are.....
Jack it is you who is not looking on the other side. Trump and the people with him have gone to all possible leftist media and conference hey could get invited. And owned in every event with arguments and truth. View quoted note →

Perhaps @jack was talking about Kamala. He did say "our" politicians, and past history shows he was aligned with the Left.

Check you assumptions jack... 1. They aren't interviews 2. They want us in the bubble 3. They aren't our politicians image
I think one reason is that private news companies make it very hard to have a fair interview because the interviewer will always have the initiative and the roadmap in the conversation. However some but not most politicians can thrive in that sort of environment (e.g. J.D. Vance, V. Ramaswamy, B. Obama) Others don´t which doesn´t make their policies better or worse.

Mayor Pete B. Does. He plays the party line but is way more eloquent in attempting to communicate across partisan channels. Also struck me as just a better communicator than most, esp when answering questions unscripted.
They don’t want to do that because it’s difficult to convince people to leave the chosen side. Once people are locked in and committed to their chosen side, it’s *psychologically* hard to get them out of their bubble. It’s easier to convince people to stay on the chosen side while at the same time using techniques to paint the other side as bad, woke, racist, etc. Their true target to win over is the undecided or Independent voter. They’ll spend time on them because those voters can be swayed. At the end of the day, they really only want to focus on two parties. Because it’s truly the divide and conquer strategy. They know the power lies with the people. We’re stronger in numbers. But by keeping us divided, it weakens our power. Thus, it keeps them in power.
Originating from the German words “Partei” (party) and “Geist” (spirit), 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐭 reflects an environment where #partisan #rivalry trumps #impartial, #timeless values, leading to polarization, #conflict, hate, dissension, #fear, doubt, despair.
the other thing is, if you really Trump is afraid to debate RFK Jr. you haven't really been paying attention. Now he may not have fared as well as he has against the pat two idiots the blue cult put up but he wouldn't have been afraid to debate him. Thats the problem with the leadership in both parties is they want to select who is even in the primaries to be able to be elected so they can control them. As you have noticed the leadership in the republican party are not friends of Trump. Or maybe you haven't if you are in the blue cult because you are in a bubble and don't really know what is going on.

who gives a fuck how I would reply, we are talking about the BS answers that come from ChatGPT that sheep believe. Is that not easy to understand for you?
you tell me, so it looks like you are one of the sheep that believe the project 2025 BS, you should have just lead with that and I wouldn't have wasted my time on you.... ah blue sheep they never cease to amaze how easily they are manipulated....
Feel free to expand on how you come to that. I mean really, the shit you have posted so far I am just supposed to take at face value its that simple. Please.... But if you were being honest you and actually dug into the authors work you would see there is a little more to it.
him building whatever doesn't have any influence on what chatgpt spits out, chatgpt is biased whether you want to admit it or not. There is all kinds of proof that it is. You are wasting my time now, good luck.
Are you 3 years old or just trying to sound like a moron? "A right-sided deviant" You make yourself look like a fool trying to sound clever, thats not how that would be said. But in your simpleton mind it is. When you fully understand how to use the English language then you can venture out and try to sound all astute but until then take a seat with the children because you make yourself look like one. And WTF is this "can conflate correct with sinister " looks like fucking gibberish. You are either a clown playing a part or someone who's culture is from somewhere other than the states. In either case you are a fool.
