Zappie: Zaps for the Enterprise We would love to hear your feedback to shape the future of Zappie. This survey aims to understand your current methods of expressing gratitude and rewarding team members, gauge interest in specific features of Zappie, and prioritize our development efforts. Zappie is intended to use Bitcoin Sats as a unit of value between team members to show gratitude. These Sats can be sent to the users own wallets, or redeemed for rewards. Did MicroStrategy wind down their similar product? The buzz was the tax accounting was too cumbersome, at least in the US.

Very good idea. Would be great to think of more ways to integrate with a small team, especially with older reluctant management.

I can see its value, and gave you feedback. But honestly, my US-based employer would never implement something like this, especially outward-facing zaps. Legal reasons aplenty.

cool idea, but in my experience HR are resistant to simple monetary rewards. it's the whole "don't give them more money, buy them a ping pong table" sorta thing.

Curious about the possible the use case of loose collectives that are born on nostr, looking to using nostr for the majority of communication and use organizational and planning software on nostr 🤔. Could that fit in? @Laeserin
