Please tell me this is wrong and that I'm not connected to 150 relays on Amethyst. I sure didn't sign up for 150. Also, how can I check or alter my zap settings? Not working and can't find it.

Those are the outbox relays of the people you follow. You are connecting to them to build your follow feed. You can override it by adding a proxy relay in your settings, something like filter.nostr.wine or nostr.land . I haven't done that so I'm not sure how they compare.
Long press the zap button to bring up those settings.
