For fitness just do calisthenics and cardio.
only need a pull-up bar, parallel bars, and a bench or chair.
If you got bad knees use a bike or do aqua aerobics for cardio instead of running.

I weight train for better strength and athleticism on the mats and also for injury prevention. I saw a nice video on pull ups and the use of calisthenics, im gonna give it a try when I get to the gym 🫡
