This article reminded me of my relationship to the book "The Four Agreements". It's become like a bible to me in that it guides my movements in this reality.
The agreement that I've found most difficult to embody, is the "be impeccable with your word" one. Even now as I reply, I am careful with my expression & my intent behind it. I want my intent to be received accurately even though at this point, I am unclear where this reply is headed.
I guess my point is that I don't know your perspective, I don't know how you're feeling or what you're going through. I teased these words out from a desire to connect with a person whom I've never met in the physical. The words didn't come from within me but I felt them & captured them as best as I could. I can't know what happens to these words once I hit post but I have to trust the that someone out there, will find some benefit in them otherwise, why would they have arisen at all?
Keep speaking brother even if you suspect nobody is listening.

I've also read the book "Living Buddha, Living Christ by Thich Nhat Hanh" once I got myself entangled not only in Buddha's and Jesus' teachings. It's a great book, and I'm still exploring. It motivates me to write a similar book, because I feel like I could extend his story, given I'm somewhat a "buddhist" and somewhat a "christian".
Thanks for writing the piece Gigi. Be well.
