Thinking about this more than I want to. It's disheartening honestly. It makes me anxious for my job. Potential identity crisis incoming for a lot of people. IMO there is arguably a more important issue than “who am I professionally“ and that is “who/what am I without a profession at all.” Anyone else thinking about life coping skills after your job identity dissolves? Gm 🥹 View quoted note →

I feel you. I've been in this loop for a while. The good side I want to see is that we now have room to learn faster and work on projects we're actually passionate about. Maybe that's the gift. No more passionless work, but work we love. We are in a big transition. Let's see how the world adapt to the big changes.
