It's incredible how now days any conversation or discussion can be interrupted by a notification. You could be having an important discussion, and then a notification rings on a phone. With a high likelihood of this happening, the conversation or discussion gets hijacked and distorted, and it just vanishes as our attention wanes and jumps between stimuli. This is destroying relationships between people, and not just between people, but also within ourselves. It's incredible that this happens so frequently. Your priorities just switch between what is happening and this random thing that makes your phone ring. To be honest, it's pathetic, and just demonstrate how hackable our brains are... I hope we realize how dangerous this is.

We've been hacked a long time ago. This is just the final stage where "we" need to introduce harder measures to keep the awakened from telling their buddies. The next prison will be digital and you may never see the wall or the guard, but you know it's there. Maybe there is some spiritual truth Just accept that we've always been prisoners.
Everyone should learn to converse; everyone factually thinks that they are conversing, but they are actually just spitting shit, traumas, and insecurities, and calling it conversation... This topic is quite deep
What do you mean “everyone”? The masses are proudly stupid and intentionally degenerate. You won’t have any luck depending on “everyone”

Have had all notifications muted for years 🤷‍♂️
Always on silent mode. And anonymous callers can remain anonymous as far as I'm concerned. I ignore them. But people can be quite annoying and irritating. Some even freak out completely. I just throw a load of crap for two minutes and then I just get on with the fun things in my life. Without a second thought. You live for yourself, not for anyone else, or to please them. Just do your thing. Back in the day, you didn't have phones; you had to cycle, and everything took more time. So, psychologically speaking, Bitcoin should have hit 181,000 by now. Enjoy your day. 🧡🫂 You can just ignore people and leave them unanswered.
Notifications are the worst. It’s been a few since i removed all notifications from my phone and turned it into a mostly silent device. Not only because of the interruptions, which is think are “una falta de educación”, but also because i started training my friends, family and coworkers not to expect me to answer immediately to everything and be glued to my phone. If something is urgent, they know to call me, and if i can’t take it, i call them back as soon as i can. Life shouldn’t be a continuous interruption simply because tech allows it💪📵🔕
I've heard this conversation a year ago and it stuck with me. There's more than hijacking the talk as you say correctly, our connection is disturbed on the lowest levels. Fuck phones and this all thing. Few days ago my new smart watch rang in the middle of exercise, it totally threw me off the rhythm and I kept thinking who the hell called. And it was of course just some sales rep bs.
Even within the device itself… trying to read instructions on how to do something, then a message pops up and covers what I’m reading. Portable telephones smell.

Crypto fam ,wake up! The Quantum Financial System is NOT a theory anymore. It’s rolling out, and it’s going to flip the game. If you’re still sleeping on Bitcoin or confused about what role it plays in the QFS era — you need to fix that. 💡 I’m helping a few smart people get ahead of the curve with info most people don’t even know exists yet. 👉 DM me “QFS” on “SimpleX ” . We’re not guessing ,we’re positioning.
That’s why I’ve at least banned my smartwatch from my life.
Opened comments to say the same thing. I just need to improve the duration of airplane mode.
They are plastered with sensors, recording and geotracking technology and manufactured by entities with a long history of exploitative practices. Pegasus Pwns all. Until the supply chain is both more decentralized and more transparent, or we collectively get more serious about owning our devices, it is not unfair to assume every device is potentially Agent Smith from the matrix.

I am not friends with people that have notifications enabled. Problem solved.
