A good decision. Not against drinking personally... but it is dangerous and poisonous. Simple truth. And as you navigate life if you keep doing it you run the risk of needing it to some extent or another. People my age (50s) are much more frequently rare drinkers or daily drinkers. Over time that moderate middle disappears. I am with you on this!
So now you actually have to have fun to have fun.
Good man. I drank my lifetime allotment, and am 1.5 yrs sober. 100% worth it.
Until the next time you do? π€£

Iβve had 2 total drinks in the past 40 days. Feels great.

Best choice I ever made. Stay strong brother πͺ
I said that over three years ago and I'm still going strong. Whether you jest or not, you've got this!!!!!!!!
Gave it up earlier this year. It had become a habit to have a few with dinner or after dinner. I don't even think about it now and don't miss it. And this is the best quality sleep I have had in decades (probably since before I started drinking). Pro Tip: Alcohol is expensive - stack sats with the money you save.
I feel you bro. Alcohol is straight poison but a fun poison π

I've only had 10 drinks since June. I sleep 10x better. I often get the "opposite" of morning groggy brain, where it's almost a buzz when I wake up. And that's even before my coffee.
@yegorpetrov partied too hard with Uncle
