In my early 20’s when I was dead flat broke I dreamed of having self-sufficient locations where I could build athleticism & study 📚.
In my early 30’s I started telling others about it & started a business that had the potential to get there.
In my early 40’s now I live between these locations in Montenegro 🇲🇪, Bali & Vanuatu 🇻🇺 .
By my early 50’s these places will have been the catalyst to change the way the world does athletics.
In my early 60’s I’ll be training my grandchildren in the most pristine self sufficient environments.
In my early 80’s I’ll be doing the same with my great, great, grand children.

Current status of the one arm handstand.
Today’s main effort was 10 sets of 1 repetition each minute with 40kg on the chin-up.
7.5kg under my record.
50kg in sight!
Being athletic is beyond sports.
It’s the best motivator for health.
It’s not about being the biggest or the fastest.
Athleticism is expressing our true nature & our greatest gifts.
All other species live their best athletic lives.
We have the most potential & yet most begin their athletic decline before 20.
The first step to athleticism is choosing to express more of the gift you’ve been blessed with.
