there's others with bitterness and irritation
feel like a lifetime of decisions in each of them

This is true.
I see this in younger folks too: the bitterness and irritation. The weight of bad decisions on their shoulders.
Happiness is definitely a mindset
The happy ones tend to be ignorant.
100% been trying to tell this to the bitter ones that mute
