I've had that issue with primal lately. things not loading. so I switch over to Amethyst, where I can't send zaps. back and forth we go.
I can relate to this! Primal's search is broken so I have to use nostrudel's search function frequently!
I tried primal and both my Damus and amethyst went weird with crap not working which I don’t get. Just dumped primal and no issues since
