Walking and lifting weights and cardio! Yoga and lifting in the fall and winter!
Not everyday. I believe in rest day as much as I do in exercise.
My favorite exercises: BJJ + lifting.
At least twice per week. Of course life meddles with my plan sometimes.

Lifting weights, indoor cycling, family walks on the weekend
5 days a week CrossFit & I always walk barefoot around home and my garden. Some sunshine every day! Also meditation in the mornings ๐

I need to get back into my workout routine. Iโve just had some housing projects stack up on me. ๐ญ
walking, cycling and some cardio activities, i think there is no better than to feel this heart bumping up so hard again.
