I miss working in a bakery. I've never been able to cook bread well in a regular oven for some reason
I had a lot of trouble with the oven our home when we first moved it. It's been a trial of temps and times to find the sweet spot.

I started carnivore about 3 weeks ago. My sour dough mothers are gone. I'd have a slice of that in a heartbeat though - looks amazing.
Weconly eat bread if I bake it so it's not a staple in our house. Just a sometimes food. Red meat is an everyday food for us though.
