Solution: summer camps teaching kids to be ungovernable.
seems like a bad idea in general, looks like its just a place that attracts rats and snakes.
Unless the government passes a law that kills every citizen that hates it more than x amount.
Jokes apart, I think the incentive system in the public sector is simply so broken that I fail to see how the right kind of people can both end up where it matters AND keep a high level of integrity.
