All of them? Losing a huge portion seems to happen more or less on random, but maybe someone else has an idea if there are specific relays that might be the culpritsโฆ

Whenever that happens I open Nostur and it magically restores my follow list. Itโs the best feature the app has.
The nostr profile backup tools have been saving me lately as I have been experimenting with clients and relays. Wiped my following list several times yesterday and rebroadcast the correct following list with the click of a button.
I like to spin up new npubs whenever using another client
but yeah Damus shows that youโre good ๐ซ

I will suggest you to use this tool to backup all your data
and it also broadcast it to all the Relays at the same.
By the way it also comes by default with https://nostrnet.work/ you can just turned into PWA, I am starting the auto backups very soon.

The one choice that bothers me about Nostr the most is the separation of relays and clients. All important info should be cached and distributed by your clients.
