Some people don't seem to realise that the Eu is already being governed by a central bank, an unelected committee and NGOs
As far as the Italian lady is concerned, there was an historic low turnout in EU elections: first time ever under 50%.
Her party did not lose votes percentage-wise, but lost votes altogether.
Only until the next normal election date.
