Muscle Cramps: Spicy Drinks May Make Them Go Away
Company begins phase II clinical trial for “hot” drink to help relieve muscle cramps in people with multiple sclerosis.
the solutions this one gives are a bit more useful
so, the URL gives away some of it - yes, chilli helps
it also mentions imunoglobulin infusions
and that made me think, oh yeah, another thing that causes the immune system to fuck up is halide toxicity, so probably this regime i have started of taking iodine will help
i can't stand how much of a cripple i feel with this problem... 5 years ago i never had this problem but i had early signs, issues with tingling and pain in my feet, general weakness for hard exercise
so, anyhow, yes, i'm already probably doing everything i can do except for crazy stuff like IG treatments and stem cells and such
just takes time for it to recover
ok, so be it, i didn't know what it was but i had some inklings and maybe chronic dehydration didn't help and i was aware of this but if it's autoimmune and diabetic stuff and i am not a sweet tooth and did not consume excessive simple sugars... such is life...
but i strongly suspect that as well as the mineral supplementation i'm doing and aggressive hydration that iodine will help
and for others who also didn't get vaxxed, i suspect very strongly that conditions like this are going to be from literally being infected by vaxxed motherfuckers frankenstein cold virus shedding
moving further away from large, vaxxed populations is well and truly in my plans as well
definitely look into Jack Kruse. Esp if most of your life is in front of a computer monitor
oh, jack kruse... reading... this is probably gonna help
As he advises on many podcast appearances, “put my name and your disease in a Google box.”
yeah, this is confirming several intuitions i have about it, one being acupuncture, just today was poking myself with toothpicks over the bones in the centre of my ribcage and thinking how it might be helpful
and iodine, iodine iodine iodine
and also, he mentions D3 and calcium and magnesium, - check - i'm also taking boron as part of my treatment which is implicated in these problems, plus also taking magnesium now, though not ideal forms
i had remarkable results with iodine in my late 20s that saw me get real solutions for my central nervous system problems, and consuming a lot of salts was critical to that working out as well, so, here i am, same things, more or less, but with a few other things that might help
glutathione, acupuncture... and definitely need to keep up the iodine
Understand light. Dr Jack Kruse
Lfg
I’m glad it was >0 helpful 🙂
yeah, iodine, damn, iodine
lookin into infllamation. Vitamin B, B12, B6 for nerves.
yeah, this is really good, and i've literally started taking iodine on a daily basis for 4 days now and i know it took 3 months to have a tangible effect back in the days so, i'm hopeful, thanks, iodine is really the main one... gonna need to get more lugol's at some point but i have plenty enough to run on for 6 months at this point
> How does neuropathy develop?
>
> It begins with a circadian mismatch usually tied to light or the low frequency ELF range. Both alter calcium homeostasis in cells. But excessive EMF is not necessary to be the only cause. Iodine deficiency is a big cause because it causes a loss of myelination of peripheral and central nervous system tissues. A lack of iodine also means the person can not myelinate their nerves because they can not access the ketogenic pathway to myelinate nerves. This has two major effects on nerves. One it decreases the insulation of nerves and can cause a short circuit to develop. The second is more interesting and more significant. It would decrease the the DC current of nerve fibers that has been found experimentally to be tied to tissue regeneration in mammals.
i had something happen recently whereby i had a dramatic increase in my body temperature, a sensation i hadn't had in a long time
i must remember what it was
oh yesssS!!! it was fasting
it brought on full out ketosis, 3 days of no food at all
i'm probably overdue, but i need to read up more on fasting and keto, it's not just a day off, it took over 3 days for it to start, and i took it as a sign of my metabolism recovering, and i'm still better now than i was, potassium especially has improved my body temperature regulation, but the effects of fasting are probably also very important and i probably need to just fast a lot more, like 4-5 day fasts
i'm also getting fluid retention with it at the moment and the crampy feeling in my lower parts is really bad right now
so, i think, a couple of things are in this... one is malts in the beer i have had in greater amounts lately, the other is the seed oils
plus i am also fighting off some kind of fungal infection on my skin
the idea that i just need to stop eating (this shit, period) is really on my mind right now
maybe i will do the full 7 day this time... 4 day definitely was minimal to start my system on the right track, really made me feel sooo much better
100% health first
Gabapentin is prescribed for pain relief and to stop the cramps caused peripheral neuropathy.
Look into peptides. I know there are several that have were being studied in this area.
get a spray bottle and some Magnesium Chloride flakes on amazon. mix 20g of thr flakes with half a liter of water (does not need to be precise) then put in spray bottle. when you get a cramp spay the magnesium chloride at the site.

on the other hand foot cramps might be connected to kidney disorder. You mentioned that you do/did have a problem there.
So fix your kidney, fix the 👣
yeah, it's type 2 diabetes... i'd been putting a lot of carbs back in my diet, especially the bad kind that cause problems, and probably seed oils are also involved
the fasting is an essential part of the treatment though... after 3 days of strict no food, but keeping up electrolytes, i go into ketosis, that's when i last had this body heating thing happen, after more than a decade not experiencing it. my metabolism has really declined
and yeah, when it's happening it impacts on my work too, it's my peripheral nerves, yes, but also my entire energy production system is out of order
i've gotta get out of this european hellhole of no fucking beef, it's really hard to find food that really does you any good
i'm familiar with DMSO, thanks to Jello Biafra's famous song about it
i know that it is a very interesting material for very specific uses because of the way it increases membrane permeability in living tissue and i have strongly suspected this condition had something to do with permeability... and that it is connected with alzheimers in that part of what causes the problem is the response of the immune system to polymerise glucose into amylose and this turns into mass that is blocking ion transit and in general congesting things
i'm gonna go look for a source for this, i'm sure it won't be that difficult to acquire, it's not flammable or corrosive, or poisonous.
also, maybe you were aware of this but MSM also has some connection to this, in fact i think when you take MSM one of its metabolites is DMSO
the feeling that stuff is blocked is undeniable, and i am constantly flexing and stretching my hands and feet in response to the sensation of poor circulation, and indeed it's also colder, i have definitely noticed in the last two years that especially my hands and feet have become colder
probably it works by helping to promote the movement of the agglomerated starch polymers such that they bump into enzymes and other materials that decompose or break it up
Praise the Lord for sending you to mentor me in these various things, it's putting me onto paths that are helping me progress.

DMSO with magnesium!
i'm pretty sure that magnesium being blocked from circulating in the periphery is part of this, so this could be a double whammy
