This does not mean that they will earn a lot of money, but rather that they will be socially valued by anti-establishment groups.

Makes very much sense
The thing is, they won't need to make a lot of money. File sharing and 3d printing mean we can have literally every material need/desire satisfied. Want a sail boat? Print one. Want a flying car? Print one. The best "job" will be knowing how to put the pieces together.
Capabilities and capacities for direct action I think, the rest runs automated.

Doesn't matter how you make money if still think that paying taxes will save you
In the message, I spoke precisely about living outside the system.
What happens when you have your homestead and your skills but you can't afford to pay property tax because there is no real economy? Just a centralized control of resources by the corporations who own all feed stocks, finished products, and industrial real estate?
You need feed stocks. Those are provided by big B2B companies. Whether it's wood, aluminum, plastic, lubricants, etc...
The personal fabrication revolution hasn't happened quite yet. If it did there would be incentive for suppliers of feed stocks to market to individuals or small communities.
Correct, both assertions. But I'm fairly confident that feed stock can fall in price to a very acceptable point, including metal feeds for the metal printers (which I really really want). And for polymer feeds, I think we can make that ourselves. Its part of why (small part, but still) I've begun studying biology. I think most of the missing pieces for me are in this field.
That's why we need to push the idea of The Orange Party. Political power is necessary, distasteful though it is.
More local economic exchanges where each will decentralize according to his needs into nodes of competence. Merit-based federation enforced by sound money escrow.

Livestock farming is agriculture.
Agriculture is Latin for "of the field" or some shit like that.
That means crops and livestock .
I think you meant horticulture instead of agriculture?
Also add plumbers and all other trades that are missing along with veterinarians, agronomists, harvest workers, etc.
Stone Masons are especially unique. Here in the U.S. we have to hire a lot of Italian or Spanish stone masons because there are just so few.
Valid concern, I fear.
Need fiat skills and income as well as real ones.
An acquaintaince's brother became a stone mason.
Bedridden by his 30s with silicosis of the lungs.
Use your PPE, ppl. If your employer isn't supplying it, buy your own and ask for a pay rise. Looking tough is not worth your lungs...
Agronomist these days be the most fiat job there is.
"What are Bayer and Syngenta pushing this year?"
Acoustic instruments? That just sounds utopian now haha Appreciate the sentiment.
I'm really sorry to hear that, silica is no joke. Thank you for the warning.
Creating things? VAT on each creation. Spending? Taxes. Selling something? Capital gains. Inventing stuff? More tax. Sole proprietor? Tax tax tax
Man I've been feeling a lot lately that I chose the bad profession and I rather have learnt some things like carpenter or electrician. Now I feel dumb not being able to learn things fast.
Prediction the farming will be with electrolytes just like in idiocracy.

What is a real doctor?
A doctor who isn't in the pocket of the pharmaceutical companies and tries to cure you instead of making you chronically ill and putting you on hundreds of pills.

Orange party < lead party #pewpew
Orange lead, even better
🤔 I wonder how to get that...
Doctors are a joke and I don't take any of those idiots seriously. The only time I go to a doctor is to do bloodwork.
Im a developer and think electrician might be next for me. Just build software I'm passionate about
