I'm really happy you found it (and liked it)! :) Just so you know, it's a project/idea by Anarkio/btdev: an amazing human being and XmrBazaar's dev, and it actually comes from a real struggle...

Looks like a good project and initiative. People are sacred beings and should have the universal right of self identification. The ability for a central power to identify and classify people is doomed to be corrupted by some private interest. People can manage communities just fine.

While I am all in for the reasons stated on the site, it doesn't seem to solve any issues for which ID cards are needed today, so I see it more as awarness project than anything else. ยฏโ \โ _โ (โ ใƒ„โ )โ _โ /โ ยฏ
