As far as I understand is not self-custody wallets, it's hosted anonymous wallets like Wallet of Satoshi and more like that.

this means that all cexes in eu will block transactions between self-custody wallets and exchanges. also p2p exchanges even when requiring kyc, become illegal, because transactions happen between self custody wallets
i wonder if we'll see two crypto markets. we will have "cex crypto markets" and free crypto markets, because these two will not transact between each other very well. you may want to consides implementing mweb in bitcoin and built some really anonymous exchanges and on/off ramps
