So, now I’m considering becoming an orb-hunter. That would slightly hamper the companies data collection efforts, and help free orb operators from the MLM scam they’ve been sucked into. Worth it.

What do you think would drive someone to this ? Is it poverty , ignorance or just plain apathy . It seems so blatantly obvious that when you have an open permissionless ledger like Bitcoin , that anyone asking for your biometric information is a fucking grifter and an unethical person / group .

Everything that you have just mentioned , all of those data points will be contained within one "digital identity" which is a kind of a wallet that will contain everything about you , and it is without a doubt , the most dystopian bullshit imaginable , if there was ever a reason to rise up against something , it is this , without a doubt . If this digital id goes ahead unhindered , it may be such a comprehensive system of control , that it may make further rebellion impossible , so if we are to reject it , we are also doing it for future generations that will have to live in this hellish slave-matrix . I think we owe it to the future to at least do something , whatever we can , even if it is just raising awareness or expressing disdain for this , people cannot be apathetic in the face of tyranny .
