I think a lot of modern anxiety comes from having access to information about every problem on Earth while only having the ability to affect about three of them. So every day people wake up, load eight billion people's problems into their brain, and then wonder why they're tired and depressed.

This hits deep. Maybe part of finding peace is learning that we can care about the world without carrying the weight of the whole world on our shoulders. We’re human, not responsible for fixing everything. Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is take care of ourselves, be kind to the people around us, and make our little corner of the world a better place. 🫂🧡
