If you have a non-KYC account with Alby, that would be a anonymously hosted wallet or anonymous custodian wallet. If you run your own wallet (Electrum, for example) that's un-hosted. In their views anyway
I think every Wallet/Mechanism without KYC falls under this jurisdiction. I hope I'm wrong tho. Would be a massive deterrent for new plebs and future bitcoiners
Okay, das ist schon ein ziemlich trauriges Theaterstück. Aber wie kann man eine anonyme Barzahlung verbieten, wenn diese wirklich anonym ist? Und was ist eine anonyme gehostete Wallet? Das macht keinen Sinn, oder? Richtig! Es ist absichtlich so wage formuliert, dass nun praktisch jeder kriminell ist, der irgendwie mit Bargeld handelt oder Bitcoin Überweisungen tÀtigt.

KYC only relates to the person whose government ID is stapled to the address.
