Alby, works great and easy onboard
For the start I think it’s fine to use wallet of satoshi I’ve started with bluewallet. But you can only use it for onchain I loved the separated overview with the blue and orange design.well …
With Aquas added unlock in bravo release, it is my recommended open source starter wallet. Just recommended it to everyone at our conference today.

Here in Brasilian i have Aqua Aqui no Brasil estou usando Aqua.
Bitcoin Jungle, they made a lot of normies country people and farmers use it, easy
Minibits for no-KYC and Primal for light KYC. Once Mutiny has lighting addresses for everyone it will probably be my primary suggestion.
Primal is the easiest in most the US because it’s Nostr-powered and there’s no channel setup, but I make sure to remind them that it’s custodial and they will also need to use another wallet (usually Zeus) where they hold the keys. For those who live in the People’s Republic of New York, I usually start with LightningTipBot and show them how to connect it to Zeus where they can then create a self-custodial wallet in the same app.
Legitimately don’t have me now that WoS is gone. They all come with too many stumbling points for the average normie. Muun / Breez are probably the best beginner options but I’d still worry about them fucking something up.

I don't find it neither on Play Store nor on F-droid. Where to find Minibits, please?

If they use Android: Minibits If they use iPhone: Primal Optimizing for them having a ready to go Nostr receive address to spend and receive zaps and bootstrap themselves into the bitcoin ecosystem. Can worry about on-chain, cold storage, multisig etc LONG after they orange pill themselves with Nostr zaps.

In spite of all the negative comments on aqua for not being a real lightning wallet, ecc. I really like it, it's very easy to use and the fact you truly have custody of the liquid btc keys (with a Jade for example on green) i really like, especially in these high fees times!
Had been Muun, but a new user I was tutoring was immediately worried about the "network is congested, high fee" warning due to Runes. Likely will be Aqua next time
Most of my friends are reeeeeally normie, and already using cashapp, so I help them use the btc/lightning features in cashapp. Then, I help them move to Alby. After that, I move them into Zeus, eNuts and node running.
hey guys I'm new to primal, can someone tell me how to customize nostr lightning address
My favs are Zeus and mutiny but for someone with zero or near zero familiarity with btc the ux of Muun blows them away. I’ve had multiple friends ask about btc in the last year and I usually offer to set them up a Muun wallet and I send them $25-50 worth of btc on lightning. If they persist in their interest I recommend River for btc purchases, Zeus or mutiny for a full time lightning wallet and nunchuck with cold card tapsigners to get started. If they go whole hog in I try to introduce them to sparrow and foundation passport vs cold card Q (now that it’s available) and discuss running a node.
I struggled with WOS (could send but not receive) and mutiny. Zeus was a breeze to link with full features working right away. Hope this helps. 🌅
We had to add invites to our shared node product for strong reasons. It has to do with bad robots and other reasons as well. But no worries, ...We hand invites codes by request to our support email support@getalby.com and by Nostr Dms. Also, we are working on a product that might not need the invited code system at all, we are still researching on this. Thanks! -JP
I figured as much. I did hear about some sort of attack on your shared node, but the bot attack must've been a struggle to deal with.
