address reuse is bad but worth noting the entire shitcoin ecosystem reuses addresses "zaps" on farcaster reused onchain addresses everything that runs on ethereum, base, solana, tron, etc, uses a single static account per user, every financial transaction connected and easy to look up

This is a great point… there’s a lot of fucked up shit that happened in 2022 as a result of this for the hexicans I would never touch hex, but I think it’s fair to say what happened to them was entrapment View quoted note →

FUCK EVERYTHING AND BECOME A BITCOINER
Monero shitcoiners do it because it's okay if you are not listed on CEX that share data with chainananlysis companies. Still all Monero wallets will automatically generate new sub addresses for every new transaction and give you coin control.
Yet another concrete reason against shitcoining. ZERO privacy. The AML/KYC gods love this. They can't wait to harvest all your payments info and use it against you. View quoted note →
I don't think "but" is what you were looking for in that sentence. A period would have been more more suitable. "address reuse is bad. worth noting the entire shitcoin ecosystem reuses addresses "zaps" on farcaster reused onchain addresses" See? Flows much better, and doesn't come across as if you're trying to say something might be defensible because shitcoins do it. All right I sound a bit like a pedantic ass. But I'm really not sure how else to reply here Matt.
