I feel like 2020 was a memory hole year. It was a blurb. Life has been good since then at least for me.

spotcheck, this BIS(bank internation settle)battle has been around....._____WHO(>_<)
Even in the worst of distopian novels, I never thought I'd live to see the day. And seeing most people collaborate with stupid rules opened my eyes to a lot of things.
honestly, anyone who hasn't spent that last 5 years of their life organising to never get caught up in that shit again is asking for it, at this point, or way too high on the kool-aid of the media circus vendors maybe i have an extra special viewpoint because i "broke" the lockdowns several times in Serbia and discovered that the police and border control in both Serbia and Bulgaria didn't give a flying fuck really, although serbia was a bit mean one time, i just treked around the nearby hill to find my way across, got arrested, was locked up for a day and that was that end of story (and the cops who processed me gave me a lift to Sofia after i was released, even!)... oh and i have stories about hiking nearly 500km during lockdown in serbia prior to that fun as well, again, also, nada, nix, nishto so i know that it's not as doom as maybe some think it might be, because i was on the margins and pushed the boundaries, but i sure as hell would not want to be anywhere near a dense population center, even in the relatively lax enforcement environment of the balkans, no more city living for me, if there is more than a legion of people within 36 square kilometers of me it's too dense (right now i would guess there is maybe 3000 people in a similar distance from where i am) the thing that was very clear throughout my adventure in those times was that the illusion that people were under was wisp-thin but the real danger would be from being around those most convinced of its power, so, population = bad. i honestly don't feel like i'm part of that story, it never felt real nor did it ever really feel like it was ever going to touch me i wish for anyone reading this to also recognise this, or at least have the question in their mind next time they try this kind of totalitarianism
That was in my city lol. The one where the two female cops tried to grab and arrest the teenage kid?

Covid proved that everyone around me were NPCs and now the world will never look the same
They panicked and turned the heat up too much. Many of us frogs saw the danger and jumped out of the pot. There's no way they're putting me back in. I'm on to them now. We just have to convince as many other frogs as we can before they get cooked.
